Community

At Victory Automotive Machine we take an active role in the industry we are part of as well as the community around us. Owner Vic Anderson participates as an advisory board member helping educational instutitions like Evergreen Valley College and MetroEd (CCOC) stay current with industry and adjust their curriculum to better prepare their students for the ever changing automotive work enviroment.

The shop also contributes by sponsoring local Classic Car Clubs, holding open house tech sessions and participating in show judging and sponsorships. Be sure to visit the "links" page and check out the local car clubs the shop is proud to be associated with.

Open House

During a recent open house the shop hosted a tech session for Camaro's Limited Nor~Cal and NorCal Chevelle Camino's members. Vic and his crew were on hand greeting everyone with coffee, donuts and conversation. Mark, president of the Camaro club gathered everyone over to the open bay and got folks seated, introduced Vic and turned the floor over to him.

After sharing some personal and shop background Vic turned the talk to buying, building, owning and taking care of the old classics, elaborating on the most common and costly mistakes made when getting involved with old cars. Enjoy the slideshow from the day!
